Submission Guidelines
The Humor Directory is a human edited web directory of Internet resources. If you would like your URL included, please select the appropriate category then click the “Add URL” link.
Category
Please ensure you have selected the most relevant category for your URL. Many submissions are delayed due to not selecting the most specific category for your URL.
URL Non-Eligibility
The Humor Directory will not accept the following:
- Sites that include, constitute, or promote illegal content.
- Sites that use redirects to another URL.
- Sites that are “under construction.” Please complete your site prior to submission.
- Sites that are “mirror sites.” “Mirror sites” contain identical content, but different URL's.
- Sites that contain mostly affiliate links. Affiliate links promote or sell products or services outside of their website.
Title
If you wish you may include up to two keywords along with your title. The entire title must be no longer than 50 characters, which include spaces.
Description
A description of your website or web page must be included. Descriptions must be a minimum of 50 characters and no longer than 300 characters. The description should not include adjectives such as best, great or awesome. Please refrain from using promotional advertisements in your description.
